It's not just about the mojito you know (although they are good)
Pour 50ml of Copalli white into a cocktail shaker, before adding 2 parts passionfruit syrup and 1 part cinnamon syrup to create a Belizean mix. Then add 15ml of lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup and add crushed ice. Shake ingredients then strain into a coupe glass. Top your glass up with passionfruit juice and add a lime twist for garnish. Delicious!
