Plain water can be boring to drink all day long. So why not mix it up by adding natural sweetness while helping you stay hydrated? Infuse your drinking water with some of the ingredients available right in your kitchen. It can also double up as a great refreshment (instead of soda or aerated drinks) for a summer party at your house.
Prepare the water beforehand and refrigerate it overnight. The longer the fruits/veggies are soaked in the water, the more flavour it gets. Next day just pour the chilled flavoured water in glass bottles or mason jars and you are good to go.
