Summers have just begun! You all need to take care from getting dehydrated. Thandai protects you from a heat stroke.
Here’s a recipe of making thandai powder at home in a few easy steps.
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Cashew
- 1/4 cup Pistachios
- 10-15 Black Peppercorns
- 10 Cardamom
- 2 tbsp Melon seeds
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 15-20 saffron strands
- 2 tbsp Rose petals
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder (you can avoid, if you don’t like it)
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and ground to a coarse powder.
- Store in an airtight container.
Mix 1 to 2 tbsp of this thandai masala powder in milk..And enjoy cool Thandai!
