Matcha green tea face mask

Since its already in powdered form, matcha green tea is a handy ingredient for a tea face mask. This green tea is loaded with antioxidants, which rid your skin of toxins, boosting blood circulation. It is also good for those with acne-prone skin as it helps decrease sebum production. Other benefits include stimulation and rejuvenation of skin cells.
Mix 1 tablespoon of matcha green tea powder with ½ teaspoon of honey and mix thoroughly. If you have dry skin, add a bit of olive oil. Apply all over the face, avoiding the eyes and lips. Let sit for around 10 minutes and wipe off with a wet facecloth.
