Let’s be honest, many of us do not drink enough water, on daily basis, that our bodies actually require. Men should be drinking about 3 litres of total fluids a day, while for women it is  2.2 litres. When you fail to have enough water, you are most likely attacked by dehydration, dry mouth, low blood pressure, headaches, dizziness, dry skin and fatigue.
