Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 4 refuses to slow down as it becomes the 4th highest grossing film of Akshay Kumar while Rajkummar Rao starrer Made In China and Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Saand Ki Aankh remained stable on the lower end at the box office as on Thursday.

Makers of Housefull 4 released the latest poster, ahead of the song release 'Shaitan Ka Saala' coming today

After sharing the eccentric teaser of the upcoming song Shaitan Ka Saala, the makers shared the latest poster of Housefull 4 featuring Akshay Kumar

The Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, Kirti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde starrer Housefull 4 had a very good first week at the box office even after getting lot of negative reviews.

Housefull 4 opened well and managed to generate an opening of Rs 19.08 crore from 3900 screens. Housefull 4 held well on the second day and collected Rs 18.81 crore. The earnings dropped further on Sunday due to the main Diwali festival, collecting Rs 15.33 crore. There was a very big growth on Monday with Rs 34.56 crore followed by Rs 24.04 crore on Tuesday. The earnings were stable on Wednesday with Rs 16.35 crore.

As per early estimates, the comedy drama did well on Thursday with Rs 13.85 crore, bringing the seven days total to somewhere between Rs 141.50-142.50 crore. With the first week collections, Housefull 4 is now the 4th highest grossing film of Akshay Kumar beating Toilet Ek Prem Katha (Rs 134.20 crores). Housefull 4 is also the 12th highest of the year beating Gully Boy (140.25 crores). the budget is Rs 125 crore (Production Cost: 100 Crore including the salary cost, Prints & Advertising Cost: 25 Crore).

Made In China

The Rajkummar Rao starrer Made In China continued to mint money but on the lower side on Thursday at the box office.

After doing a business of just Rs 1.1 crore on first day, the comedy drama managed to show slight growth with Rs 1.50 crore on the second day but dropped on Sunday with Rs 1.25 crore. There was a big growth on Monday with Rs 3 crore followed by good hold on Tuesday with Rs 1.92 crore and Wednesday with Rs 1.40 crore. As per early estimates, Made In China went slightly down to Rs 1.20 crore, bringing the 7 days collections to Rs 11-12 crore from 1100 screens. The budget of Made In China is Rs 30 Crore (Production Cost: 22 Crore & Prints & Advertising Cost: 8 Crore)

Saand Ki Aankh

Saand Ki Aankh is performing better than expected though it still has a long way to go. Saand Ki Aankh opened with just Rs 60 lakhs on the first day but showed a solid growth on day 2 with Rs 1.08 crore. The earnings went down on Sunday with Rs 91 lakhs but shot up on Monday with Rs 3.19 crore. There was a good hold on Tuesday with Rs 2.85 crore followed by slight drop on Wednesday with Rs 1.63 crore.

As per trade estimates, Saand Ki Aankh showed a good hold on Thursday with Rs 1.40 crore, bringing the seven days total to Rs 11.50-12 crore. The budget of biopic drama is Rs 28 Crore (Production Cost: 22 Crore, Prints & Advertising Cost: 6 Crore).
