It’s not mascara that Amazon shoppers swear by for longer, fuller lashes, it’s a top-rated lash serum. With over 9,500 reviews, Pronexa Hairgenics Lavish Lash Serum ($30) is one of Amazon’s best-selling beauty products.
According to the brand, the botanical serum “boosts the length and thickness of eyelashes and eyebrows” in 60 days. The secret ingredient? A “proprietary botanically-derived compounds that penetrate hair follicles to stimulate lash and brow growth,” reads the brand’s description.
Lavish Lash is hypoallergenic, clinically tested and manufactured by FDA certified labs, per the brand. The directions indicate the use of the serum once a day, at night, and even have a money-back guarantee.
Here’s what the reviews say.
A reviewer who praises its affordability: “For those of you on the market for a more affordable lash and brow serum this will not disappoint. I have used Lash Boost with [Rodan + Fields] for over a year now but really could not afford it anymore … I‘ve been using lavish lash for about 3 weeks now and have had such amazing results! I‘m starting [to] see my balding spots on my [lash] line grow … I don’t usually leave reviews, but I know [how] skeptical I was about trying this product and I‘m here to tell you it’s worth it.”
A reviewer who calls it a life-changing “miracle” product: “Not to be dramatic but this product has literally changed my life. I was in tears because I had steadily been losing my eyelashes for the past six months or so due to the fact my stored iron level is two (which is really, really bad),” explains a reviewer. “I went from having huge gaps in my eyelashes where the hairs had completely fallen out to having lashes to spare, not to mention the length has increased dramatically in the short while I’ve been using this product. I can’t recommend it enough.”
A reviewer who compares it to Rodan + Fields: “I used this product for two months and saw the same results as my sister-in-law who uses Rodan and Fields. It is as good as the reviews claim. I like the $100 saving with lavish lash and already have purchased two more for myself and my daughter.”
A reviewer with alopecia: “I am so happy to have found this product because I have had alopecia for six years and have to wear wigs and my lashes were very sparse. Now with the use of Lavish Lash, they are really growing and getting much longer. I couldn’t be happier! Buy this product!”
A reviewer with thyroid disease: “I was a bit [skeptical] that anything could help regrow eyelashes and thin eyebrows at my age, 63. Having low thyroid function since my 30’s, my eyebrows had thinned significantly and were beginning to gray,” explains a fan of the product. “After four months of continual use, I could get away without wearing mascara. I still use eye makeup, however, and get a lot of compliments on my eyes and lashes.”
A reviewer with sensitive skin: “After the first month of using this product I could see my own lashes growing back fuller and thicker, much to my satisfaction! I use this once a day and it has made such a difference. I truly did not believe the advertising for this product, but after using it I now can see it definitely works! Also, I have sensitive eyes and this product has never irritated or burned them. I bought another one and highly recommend using this enhancer!”
A reviewer who says it’s worth the wait: “I’ve been using Lavish Lash for almost 2 months and I’m very happy with the results. My lashes are visibly longer and thicker. It took several weeks to really notice, but well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this.”
