Ajay Devgn has an interesting line-up of films be it be it Baadshaho, Golmaal Again, Sons Of Sardaar: The Battle Of Saragarhi, Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior, an untitled Luv Ranjan produced romantic comedy, a rumoured biopic of Sher Singh Rana and now add one more to the list. Ajay Devgn is all set to play an Income Tax Officer in Raj Kumar Gupta’s upcoming film, Raid. The film is question is based on the real life incident happened in Uttar Pradesh in 1980s. It is often touted as one of the most well planned raid conducted by Income Tax officers back in the 1980s.

The film is slated to go on floors in September 2017 and will see an April 20, 2018 release. It’ll be great to see Ajay Devgn in such film considering he’s not just a superstar who command a huge fan following, he is also a great actor, having won two national awards and has showcased his great acting prowess in films like, Zakhm, The Legend Of Bhagat Singh, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Drishyam etc.
On the other hand, Raj Kumar Gupta is known for delivering hard hitting cinema laced with entertainment in films like Aamir, No One Killed Jessica etc. So it’ll be great to witness the collaboration of a powerhouse performer with one of the best filmmakers of our country. On the work front, Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the release of Baadshaho. Directed by Milan Luthria, film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jammwal, Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta, Sanjay Mishra and Sharad Kelkar, among others.
