Amrita Rao's Son, Veer Celebrates First Holi With Family, Dips Hands In 'Gulaal' In An Orange Outfit

Amrita Rao loves to keep her life under wraps. It was in 2003 when Amrita had made it big in Bollywood with her teenage romantic film, Ishq Vishk, opposite Shahid Kapoor. Well, most of us had prayed to make Amrita and Shahid a real-life couple, however, their destinies were different. It was on May 15, 2016, when Amrita had tied the knot with RJ Anmol in a hush-hush wedding. Not just their wedding, but their pregnancy too had come as a sweet surprise for their fans. It was on October 13, 2020, when Amrita and Anmol were spotted outside a clinic in Khar and the former was snapped with a baby bump. Later, the couple had officially announced the same and had revealed that they are nine-months pregnant.

It was on November 1, 2020, that Amrita and Anmol had welcomed a baby boy into their lives. To announce the arrival of their son in November 2020, Amrita and Anmol had shared a cute announcement post. The newbie parents had written, "Buoy O Boy... Yes, it's a 'Boy'... Amrita and the Baby are doing perfectly fine. So much love pouring in... We feel blessed! Thank you. As we complete 11 years of our relationship, couldn't ask for a better gift...” Amrita and Anmol had the naming ceremony of their newborn and giving a glimpse of the same on social media, the latter had written, “Naming Ceremony of VEER!!! #veer #namingceremony.”

The nation celebrated Holi on March 29, 2021, and Amrita’s son, Veer celebrated his first Holi with his family. Taking to her IG stories, Amrita shared a glimpse of her family’s Holi as the family put their hands together to take colours from the plate. In the picture, we can also spot the little hands of Veer, supported by his parent’s hands as he reached out to dip his hands in colours. The little boy can be seen wearing an orange outfit for his first Holi celebrations. Sharing the picture, Amrita wrote, “We the different shades make a happy family… Happy Holi” atop it. Her husband, Anmol also shared a reel of how the family celebrated their son, Veer's first Holi and captioned it as "Veer’s 1st HOLI !!! God has been Kind Love from OUR Family to YOUR Family."

Ever since the birth of Veer, Amrita Rao and Anmol’s fans were eagerly waiting for the couple to share the first picture of their little munchkin. And the day had finally come on March 18, 2021, when Anmol had shared the first-ever picture of Veer on his social media profile. Anmol had shared a family picture with Amrita and Veer in the frame, gushing over their little bundle of happiness. Veer too, could be seen smiling with his parents, making it a sight to behold! Anmol had captioned his post as "Our World, Our Happiness #Veer." Amrita had later shared a picture of Veer on her IG stories and had written, "He will reply to all your compliments... But right now, Sir is reading today's newspaper."

On March 23, 2021, Anmol had taken to his IG handle and had shared a surreal picture of Amrita, feeding their son, Veer. In the picture, Amrita was seen adorably looking at Veer as she had fed him. Along with the picture, Anmol had penned an appreciation note for Amrita and had called it the ‘most beautiful’ sight. Anmol’s note could be read as “Amrita Feeding Veer is the Most Beautiful Sight for Me Every Day...its so Surreal, So Magical... almost Godly! Its the Toughest Duty - All Night, All Day & She does it with a Smile on her face... to see Mother & Baby bond in a different way... I Salute You, I Salute My Mother & EVERY MOTHER on this Planet… Why wait for Mother’s Day, I Say.”
