Arjun Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Yami Gautam starrer Bhoot Police is one of the most-awaited films of the year. The film touted to be a horror-comedy is helmed by Pavan Kripalani. Lately, there has been a buzz on the movie's release on OTT platform, however, actor Arjun Kapoor says otherwise. He said that the film will release in cinema halls.
Last week during the promotion of his recently released film Sardar Ka Grandson Arjun stated that Bhoot Police will hit the screens once the Covid-19 situation returns to normalcy. "It will release in theaters when there is more clarity on the circumstance that we are in," he said.
As the Covid-19 pandemic worsens in the country, many filmmakers across the nation are opting for OTT release, however, some are still holding on to their film to release it in theaters. Now given these reports around Bhoot Police it will be interesting to see what the makers choose, will they wait for the theaters to reopen to release their film or will they go the digital way. Let’s wait for the confirmation from the makers.
Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for his next project Ek Villain Returns opposite John Abraham. The film directed by Mohit Suri also features Tara Sutaria.
