Bread Poha

A quick breakfast dish, bread poha can be made in 15 minutes. Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai & add some mustard seeds & fry till they crackle. Add some curry leaves & one chopped onion & saute. Add little turmric powder, chopped green chilies & one boiled & chopped potato. Cover with a lid & let it cook for 5 minutes. Add 5-6 slices of broken white bread slices & salt to taste. In India, when bread came from Goa, it was known as Pao. Pao was initially made with whole wheat as no one used maida (refined flour) during those days.
