Bigg Boss 14 contestant Manu Punjabi, who entered the show as a Challenger, two weeks back, had to quit the show owing to his health reasons. Yesterday, reports floated that Manu had been eliminated from the show and will not be seen in the future episodes.

Manu was coming out as a strong contender amongst the existing contestants inside. However, he suffered a Pancreatitis attack recently and was in acute pain, after which medical help was provided to him by the makers but he didn't get much relief. Hence, he decided to leave the show and consult his doctor in Jaipur. Manu is back in his home town, Jaipur and is getting himself treated there. Considering his health condition, he may not be able to join back the show as of now. As he has to again follow the 14 days quarantine process, if he joins back the show.

Manu's journey in the house this time might be short but has been a memorable one. He became the captain of the house in the very first week and bonded strong with all the contestants. His closeness with co-contestant Nikki Tamboli kept him in limelight inside and outside the show. Also, his recent fight with Rakhi Sawant over her comments on him and Nikki's equation made headlines too.

Meanwhile, in yesterday's episode, we saw Kashmera getting eliminated from the house due to less number of votes. Whereas Salman Khan made Rubina Dilaik the new captain by taking away the captaincy from Aly Goni.
