The couple, who won the series in 2016 and already share a son, shared the happy news on Instagram that they had welcomed a baby girl, following some complications.
Cara was rushed to hospital on Sunday with pre-eclampsia, which is high blood pressure in pregnant women, before welcoming their daughter early on Monday morning.
Nathan took to Instagram to update his followers on the happy news, writing:
"Welcome to the world our little princess!!!! Can’t wait to spend our lives together!!! @cara_delahoyde your a legend [sic], delivered our baby safe and sound !!! What a trooper you are !!! As of yet, Cara and Nathan haven't announced the name of their newborn. After meeting in the Love Island villa in 2016, the pair got engaged in the summer of 2018 and tied the knot in June 2019 with a ceremony in Kent, surrounded by friends and family.
The pair welcomed their first child, Freddie, in December 2017. Congratulations to the family of four!
