This time we interviewed Paulius Stankevicius who is a CEO of Stankevicius MGM international public relations and advertising company. Public Stankevicius has managed over 200 international clients assisting them in public relations matters and fundraising. Paulius Stankevicius is doing business in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
In this brief interview we find out what this CEO thinks about business and life.
As a busy CEO, how do you manage life and work balance? Of course, only if you do that in the first place.
There is no life and work balance, it’s just work. You get to live only then when you outperform your competitors. That may last an hour or a day, perhaps a week but its short.
What is a CEO lifestyle like? How many days do you take vacation?
I don’t take vacation. I bring work wherever I go. Work is in my DNA. I can be on the beach, or casino or coffee shop. I will still have my phone following latest news and talking to clients.
CEO lifestyle? Well, if you work 24/7 non stop, I guess you logically deserve good treat after the victory but only after the victory.
How important is your work on a personal level and how does it influence and affect others?
Work is very important to me because its like my career, it’s everything. Everything I know is in me, and that is one thing that nobody can take away from you – your knowledge and abilities. The importance of constantly developing yourself is absolutely necessary.
My work is important because my clients depend on me, international companies depend on me. Clients have their own plans and some clients have big plans and when they rely on you it means a lot because clients not simply rely on me to do a certain thing but they include me into their plans and their plans become dependent on my delivery which makes my work very important.
What are the top 3 things you must have in your personal lifestyle as a CEO that you would not be able to get from regular positions?
Freedom to make decisions. Control to make the shots. Influence over other people.
If you could add one thing to your everyday life whether business related or lifestyle related, what would it be?
I would add Saudi Aramco to my client portfolio.
