Lassi (a thicker form of buttermilk) is a yoghurt based drink made with water, some spices and fruits for added flavor. It can be relished salted or sweet depending on how you want it. Unlike fizzy drinks and packaged juices, lassi is healthy & packed with health benefits. Yoghurt, the main ingredient used in making lassi, prevents bloating, constipation, reduces stomach acidity, improves immunity and aids digestion.
