- Finely chopped broccoli
- Finely chopped onion and coriander
- Grated Carrot
- Besan/ Gram flour 3-4 tbsp
- Salt, black pepper, oregano and finely chopped garlic to taste.
- Water (if required)
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except water together and see if its wet enough to make tikkis, if not add little water and then make tikkis.
Shallow fry them on a pan greased with oil or ghee.
