There were three significant Bollywood films which were released today in the past years – Aamir Khan and Urmila Matondkar starrer Rangeela, Hrithik Roshan and Karisma Kapoor starrer Fiza and Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Shreyas Talpade starrer Poster Boys. Let us check how these films fared at the box office.
Though his fourth film in Bollywood, Ram Gopal Varma cemented his status with fun-loving Rangeela. The movie was full on entertainment right from the beginning till the end. Brilliant music composed by A.R.Rehman, electrifying performances by Aamir Khan and Urmila Matondkar and amazing direction ensured the movie was a “Blockbuster” at the box office, collecting Rs 20.22 crore against a budget of Rs 4.50 crore.

The performances of Karisma Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Jaya Bachchan was lauded as well.
Poster Boys (2017)
A remake of a Marathi film of same, Shreyas Talpade took the control of directing the Hindi version. The trailer looked promising and reviews of the comedy drama was decent but audience were simply not interested to watch the Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol together after the debacle of Yamla Pagla Deewana 2. The film was a disaster collecting Rs 12 crore against a budget of Rs 27 crore.
