My darling baby does not eat banana so I decided to make this smoothie.
It provides him goodness of banana along with oats and he loved it as he thought it's an ice cream.
You can try this too. Here’s the easy recipe:
- 1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 whole banana(frozen)
- Cut entire banana into pieces for easy blending.
- In a blender, combine oats, peanut powder, banana, honey and yogurt. Blend until all ingredients are finely chopped, ensuring the oats are ground;smooth to a powder form.
- Serve the peanut butter banana oatmeal smoothie in a glass and top with oats.
