Demi Lovato recently got candid on Instagram about her relationship with her boobs, admitting that she hated how small they were and finally found the body-positive way to grow them naturally.

"Fun fact: I never had boobs until I started eating what I wanted. My whole life I hated my small tittaayyys and then when I finally let go of my eating issues, I GOT THE BOOBS I WANTED!!! 😂😂 this is no push-up bra or boob-job y’all!!!" she admitted. "IT’S ALL ME!!"

She continued, "And you know what, they’re gonna change too!!! AND I’LL BE OKAY WITH THAT AS WELL!! But let this be a lesson y’all.. our bodies will do what they are SUPPOSED to when we let go of trying to control what it does for us. Oh the irony.... 💞 Did you have a similar experience when making peace with your eating issues?? I’d love to hear!!!"

Demi looks ah-mazing in both of the photos she posted and she's receiving super encouraging feedback too. In the past, she's been open about her struggles with bulimia, but seems to have a much healthier relationship with food now.

“I had an eating disorder and I was underweight and freezing… I would have people over for meetings on my lunch breaks because that’s how much I worked," Demi told Jameela Jamil on the I Weigh podcast in April. "People would come in, I’d be covered in a blanket, and people would say, ‘Why is it 80 degrees in here?’ I was like, ‘Because I’m freezing.’ They would be like, ‘Oh my god, what’s wrong with you?’”

We love that Demi is embracing her body, curves and all.
