- Makhana- 250 gm
- Almonds- 10
- Kaju- 10
- Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 75 gm
- Ghee- 4tbsp
- Roast makhane, peanuts, almond and kaju in 2 tsp ghee.
- Grind them into a thick powder in a mixer.
- Further, add ghee and add powdered sugar in this thick mixture.
- Add some cold milk.
- Once the mixture is dry, start making ladoos in circular shape with the help of fingers and palm.
