How did you get into travel blogging?
As my following grew from my previous modeling career in Miami and LA, I started reaching out to hotels and resorts to collaborate. When I started sharing my experiences and stays, people were really interested!
What’s your travel style?
My travel style is comfortable! I always travel in sweats and a tee shirt with either a jean jacket or hoodie. I use my Away luggage everywhere!
How do you manage to get perks/upgrades/etc based on your traveling life-style?
I think it’s from the content I create. My blog and social media speak for themselves and I am proud of it! I take the time to capture quality and fun experiences from my stay for the hotel or resort to have. Plus I love doing it. So being able to do what I love and travel at the same time is a blessing!
What has been your favorite place to visit this far? Tell me about it
This is such a hard question! My favorite places to visit so far was the Four Seasons Punta Mita and Mykonos Panormos Villas. Both beautiful destinations and exceptional service. Punta Mita had amazing food and Mykonos with gorgeous views.
Have you ever come face to face with some extra-ordinary experience? What was it?
When I visited Iceland! This place is like another planet. The most insane landscapes ever. My friends, boyfriend, and I went on top of a mountain off-roading, and stopped. Got out of the car and stood just looking at everything, taking it all in. It made me appreciate where I am now. When traveling to a place like that, its really eye-opening.
Do you feel burnt out by constant traveling? Yes, then how do you deal with it? No, then how do you go about it?
All the time. I am such a homebody too, so I feel like I contradict myself since I travel so much haha. I get burnt out a lot and miss home. However, I love discovering new places, and time is limited. So every chance I get, I try to go someplace new. If I get burnt out, I try to have a self care day to get myself relaxed and back on track. Health is key!
Why did you start traveling? What made you fall in love with it?
Traveling = new knowledge. So I learn as I go. Just like in life! All of the experiences I have had were different, but taught me a lot. From plane, place, to hotel, its all new so I like learning new things every time I travel.
Please share a photo during a recent trip and give us the short backstory ?
This image was back in August traveling to the Four Seasons Punta Mita. This is my boyfriend Filippo and the best travel companion! He comes along with me every chance he gets when he can take off work. This was under their hanging cabanas on the beach. We were doing a “couple’s getaway” vibe and was lucky enough to bring along two two friends as well.
What is your experience with social media?
– My experience with social media has its ups and downs, but lucky to say more ups! I have always been a constant supporter when it comes to social media. Blessed for it to allow me to do what I love and make a business out of it. The downs I see are real though. People compare themselves to others, think IG life is real, or get sucked into changing into something their not. I have come across my fair share of people who I have experienced that with who have been through that. So you can either have a good or bad experience with social media.
