EXCLUSIVE: ‘Our laws are very bullshit’, says Shilpa Shinde on the recent law passed by The Bombay High Court

Recently the Bombay High Court has passed a rule where they’ve said that until and unless there is no direct skin-to-skin contact it won’t be considered as a sexual assault.

We roped in the Former Bhabhi Ji Ghar par Hain actress Shilpa Shinde to ask her about her point of view, the actress who always speaks her heart out said “People were taking a lot of advantages also and that is still in practice. Skin to skin contact or forensic report it is only limited to papers. There are a lot of good and bad things in our law and it is not in favour of common people. This all is happening because of our imperfect Indian laws. Our laws are very bullshit.”

The actress also slammed the Indian law and justice and criticized it for not being in the favour of common citizens. The actress added, “I don’t know what is right and what is wrong. I don’t believe in our Indian judicial laws only. There are a lot of wrongs things happening in our country which no one can figure out. Don’t know where we are going. Especially, in India, it’s very difficult to get justice.”

Moving ahead Shilpa shared her personal experience and elucidated on the fact that how people try and take advantage of you, if you’re a woman. She shared, “I have one such experience where I was interested in purchasing a property and the lawyer who was looking after the paper work said, “Oh, bakra mil gaya mujhe abhi”. I am not lying this is my experience.”
