1) Stay active for more than 30 minutes

2) Drink 2-3 Litres water every
Staying hydrated is vital to healthy living. Make sure you have at least 2-3 Litres of water and healthy fluids on a regular basis. The benefits of the same are plenty.
3) Get 8 hours of sleep
The most brilliant and healthy people ensure they get 8 hours of sleep daily. You should too! Good sleep ensures regenerations and wards off oxidative stress.
4) Eat a colourful diet
What’s on your plate greatly affects your well being. While there may be no miracle anti-aging diet, the healthiest of people ensure that they get plenty of nutrients, and have at least 2-3 servings of fruits and veggies a day!
