International Yoga day 2021 got Bollywood beauties to credit this ancient form of workout for the well being of their physical and mental health. Kangana Ranaut who is one of the fittest actresses in the tinsel town posted a picture of Adiyogi Shiv Statue located in Coimbatore. In her post she shed light on the origin of yoga, calling this form of workout a gift to the human race. Young actress Sara Ali Khan posted a picture practicing Vrikshasana, also called as tree pose, mentioned in her post that Yoga is one workout that is all about finding your inner self on our own. Senior actress Neetu Kapoor celebrates this day with her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and granddaughter Samara Sahni. The trio performed Vrikshasana i.e. tree pose and Ustrasana also called as camel pose, while Riddhima and Neetu also did the dancer’s pose i.e. Natarajasana with sheer ease and grace. Neetu in her post stated that COVID-19 pandemic made the human race realize the importance of mental and physical well being.


Further mentioning the theme of this year’s International Yoga day in her caption which is ‘Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family’ keeping in mind the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
