Will Kartik Aaryan Ever Go Bald For A Role? The Actor Answers Himself…

Apart from his stellar acting chops, the rising star of Bollywood – Kartik Aaryan is also irrefutably renowned for his jaw-dropping good looks and sexy mop of hair. Not just the young girls, but boys too freak over his hairdo and want to sport hairstyle like his.

However, while his hair and looks have become a national rage, vanity is certainly not our dishy dude’s priority. In fact, Kartik, who has back-to-back big hits (Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and Luka Chuppi) to his credits, has no qualms about going bald if a role demands for it.

Speaking about his sexy crop, which has been a constant in all his films till now, Kartik said, “I always get compliments for my hair and I need to thank my genes for it. It feels good to see that people are following my hairstyle. Also, it’s unbelievable that on social media there are hashtags such as #HairLikeKartikAaryan and #PoseLikeKartikAaryan, which are quite popular. Nobody believes me when I say this, but I can get rid of my hair in a second if a role demands me to do that. The character I play has always been my priority, not the way I look. I have never been conscious of my looks. I am not the type who feels that I have to look hot or muscular in every film. I have always played the normal, guy-next-door characters, because that’s how people are in real life.”

Clearly, Kartik’s passion for his craft comes first over looking good onscreen and that is what makes him a great actor.

On the work front, Kartik as usual is whipping up a storm with his impressive slate of movies. Kartik has just wrapped the shooting of Imtiaz Ali’s next #Aajkal with Sara Ali Khan and is currently shooting for Pati Patni Aur Woh in Lucknow with Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar. He has also recently bagged Karan Johar’s Dostana 2 with Janhvi Kapoor and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
