Katie Price claims police “pull me over just to be nosy” as she brands two year driving ban “b******s and obscene”.

The 41-year-old mother-of-five - who drives a distinctive pink Range Rover - posted a lengthy rant on YouTube against her latest band from driving, which she claims she will appeal.

Price’s latest driving ban was handed out by magistrates after she was charged with withholding the name of the driver following a collision which involving her pink Range Rover last November.

The reality TV star said: “I still have my pink Range Rover I just don’t drive it because people like the police do pull me over... it’s just because they want to be nosy.”

But she raged: “I’m so p***ed off... I’ve been banned four times now from driving, but it’s actually not me driving it’s to do with paperwork.”

Price, who lives in the countryside in West Sussex, claimed her mail is often mis-delivered to her neighbours, who share the same postcode.

She said: “I don’t always get my post. It happens a lot with parking tickets, court stuff, police stuff, bills. When I go to court and say I don’t always get my post, they don’t want to hear that.”

Price added: “I have builders inside my house, my post gets moved here, there, everywhere. So I am going to appeal my driving ban it’s obscene, two years is a long time. I don’t deserve it at all. It’s a load of b******s!”

The former glamour model - who entered a guilty plea at a hearing in August - did not attend the sentencing hearing at Bexley Magistrates Court as she was abroad.

She said: “I was in court yesterday and my lawyers said to the court that I would not be there as I’d be out the country. We proved we’d be out the country, but the judge wasn’t interested in adjourning it. I believe they’ve got it in for me.”

“My mum is terminally ill and I need to visit my mum. If they're banning me for two years how do I know my mum is going to be here in two years' time? I need to be able to get to my mum.

“It's obscene that the courts won't listen just because they banned me before three times, which was also unfair.”

Price’s eldest son Harvey, 17, was born blind and later found to be on the autistic spectrum. He also suffers from genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome, which can impact development, leading to obesity, low muscle tone, and learning difficulties. He lives in part time residential care.
