As the youngest siblings in America's most famous family, Kendall and Kylie Jenner have an impressive list of businesses to their name, from Kylie's famous cosmetics line to Kendall's fashion campaigns with everyone from Adidas to Fendi.
But the sisters, who let's not forget started out as a teen duo posing on red carpets at the Teen Choice Awards and doing stints at Seventeen magazine (thanks to momager Kris Jenner), rarely get time to work together these days.
Which is why their Kendall + Kylie collection has been such a hit with fans. Cue: their 279 million Instagram followers combined.
But all that fame and fortunate doesn't come without a few bumps along the road and now and again if you're a Kardashian-Jenner it's highly likely that someone is going to get sued.
The company, who is a supplier to the lingerie and dress trades, states on their website that, "most of our patterns are copyrighted and based on original art work."
The report goes on to say that the company is claiming Kendall + Kylie ripped off their designs in their new lingerie range. The products in question are the Kylie Thong Panties and a lace black slip dress, which reportedly bear a strong resemblance to Klauber Bros art work.
You can see the disputed lace design on the band of the Kylie Thong Panties:
The company is apparently suing for all profits on any products allegedly using their lace designs.
Kendall and Kylie have not responded publicly against the claims, but no doubt they will suit up and respond with legal action; we all know momager Kris Jenner doesn't give up without a fight.
As to who will win this legal battle it's anyone's guess, ahhh another day another Kardashian drama.
