Mistakes happen. Even if you are Karan Johar. While announcing the lead female actor of Kesari on Twitter, Karan tweeted out Akshay Kumar’s picture.
Now surely, it was quite the human error, but Twitter isn’t forgiving at all. KJo was at the receiving end of a lot of trolling, with mostly people tweeting pictures of Parineeti and calling her Akshay Kumar.
And hilarity ensued.
But hey, Karan Johar was brave enough to acknowledge his mistake, and then tweeted out the correct image.
Ok guys that was meant to be an image of #KESARI whilst announcing the lead actress of the film! Clearly Twitter is quick to Jump and attack! Apologies!!!!! This is to re announce the wonderfully talented @ParineetiChopra as lead cast of #KESARI pic.twitter.com/5IXYjjDcgy— Karan Johar (@karanjohar) January 10, 2018
Parineeti herself however, didn’t seem to mind.
