Whatever went down between Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber remains a mystery — for now.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star appears on Monday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she was grilled about her romance with the “Purpose” singer, which lasted a hot minute because he’s obviously moved on with Hailey Baldwin. Let’s just say she played it cool.
“We’re friends,” is all the mom of three would say. Not that Ellen let it go at that. Asked why she was smiling that way, she blushed but insisted, “We’re friends. I’ve been smiling this whole time since I’ve been sitting here.”
She also touched on her split from Scott Disick, saying, “We’re not together. I feel like every day is different, but we’re totally getting along. We have three beautiful kids together… He’s family. He’ll always be.”
The interview wasn’t all about her personal life. She also discussed Kendall Jenner’s man candy, Harry Styles. Ellen saw the young pair together in St. Barts over the holidays. Kourt said she had never met him, so, if he hasn’t passed the sisters’ test, it must not be serious.
Khloé got a little screen time as well.
Because Kourtney is the least exciting Kardashian, they FaceTimed in Khloé, who shared a health update on Lamar Odom, who is slowly recovering from his overdose. She said that he recently visited with Kim and Kourtney’s children.
“He loves family time,” Khloé said about her ex-husband. “So he’s been doing really good. I think it makes him feel good to be around everyone too and to just be in a happy environment over obviously where he was.”
While the ex-NBA star’s long-term memory is good, his short-term memory still isn’t, so he asks a lot of questions about his accident.
“Every day he’ll ask me, ‘So what happened to me? Today specifically he was like, ‘How many tubes did I have in me again?’ And I’m like… ‘ Well, just a lot. I didn’t count, I don’t know,’” Khloé said. “But it’s good that he wants to know these answers. Before he didn’t want to know. He wasn’t ready to know. So it’s great that he’s at the point that he’s ready to know everything happened.”
