Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Her Diet

Think back for a second to the early Kardashians. Do you remember what they looked like? They were so different compared to how they look now. The Kardashians have all gone through their own style and body evolutions over time, but the one that most caught our eye was Kourtney. She has lost oodles of weight and has maintained herself perfectly. She recently revealed her dietary secrets on a social media platform, and they are amazing! Now though nutritionists have slammed Kourt’s diet, because its too high in fat, Kourt still swears by clarified butter and her signature salad.

The KUTWK star starts off her day with a tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter), before she eats or drinks anything else in the day. According to Kourtney, the clarified butter “nourishes all the tissues in the body, including the nervous system, translating into calm energy and clarity of the mind throughout the day.”

Kourtney melts the butter on the stove every morning before drinking it “out of a cute little ceramic cup,” and only drinks an entire glass of water after 20 minutes, before she moves on to her healthy breakfast of avocado pudding.
