If your ideal Sunday involves sitting down, building a LEGO set while watching a rerun marathon of Friends - you’re in for a treat.

LEGO have announced that it’s launching a new Friends-inspired collection, giving you the opportunity to build a number of iconic scenes from the hit TV show.

Taking to Twitter earlier this week, the brand shared a first glimpse at one of the LEGO sets, which recreates the recognisable opening credits out of LEGO blocks. The six loveable characters, Joey, Rachel, Chandler, Phoebe, Ross and Monica having been transformed into adorable mini LEGO figures sat on the iconic brown sofa.

“The one with all the LEGO bricks” read the short video clip caption, excited fans getting no more information other than it is “coming soon”.

Unsurprisingly, Friends fans are overjoyed at the news, sharing their excitement in the best possibly way - posting GIFS of some of the best reactions from the show, including Janice’s “Oh my god!”

The LEGO range couldn’t come at a more fitting time, as Friends celebrates its 25th anniversary in September, the first episode having aired on September 22,1994.

The toy brand have released a first look at the recreation of Central Perk, the set including Phoebe performing songs on a guitar, Joey eating pizza and Gunther serving coffee.
