After a brief visit to the hospital and an Ayurvedic centre for all his health issues and addiction, Kapil Sharma has been busy promoting his upcoming film, Firangi. From interviews to Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 11, Kapil is going all out to gain some publicity for his movie. He was planning to make an appearance on Akshaye Kumar’s The Great Indian Laughter Challenge too. However, a MAJOR health scare forced Kapil to cancel Firangi‘s promotions on the show. As a source told indianexpress.com, “Kapil gave a go ahead last night (November 13) and the shoot was planned for today (November 14). The team waited for a while but seeing no trace of Kapil started the acts in the hope that he could join later on. His team later in the afternoon informed that Kapil wasn’t keeping well and it won’t be possible for him to join the shoot. Though the team has been left disappointed, knowing Kapil’s health concerns, we wish he recovers soon.”
Kapil has been battling with alcoholism since his mid-air fight with Sunil Grover. The ace comedian suffered several health scares from low BP to hyperacidity and what not. While we don’t know the exact details about what happened to him today, we wish the comedian gets well soon. (ALSO READ – EXCLUSIVE!
