Malayalam Director Naranipuzha Shanavas’s Death Declares Brain Dead While Shooting

Mollywood Industry is getting a shock after shock, recently actor Nivin Pauly’s personal assistant passed away after falling from a tree on Sunday. On Wednesday Malayali poet and women activist Sugathakumari died after being diagnosed with the viral infection and now Sufiyum Sujathayum director suffered cardiogenic shock while shooting which later declared as brain dead.

Naranipuzha Shanavas was shooting for his upcoming film in Palakkad’s Attappadi, in between his health condition took an unexpected turn then where he was immediately rushed to KG Hospital in Coimbatore, where he is currently on ventilator support.

The hospital authorities will take the next decision after his family takes a call if they want to keep him on ventilator support. But according to a report in The News Minute, there was no improvement in Shanavas’s health ever since he got admitted to the Internal Care Unit.

Naranipuzha just made his debut into the industry five years ago with Karie, which received all rave reviews critically. Not only this, he had Sufiyum Sujathayum film release this year itself. The movie released on OTT platform due to pandemic delay, starring Jayasuriya, Aditi Rao Hydari and Dev Mohan.
