Deepti has some advice for you.
Add some spices and softly mashed or finely chopped fruits, vegetables, meats, pasta and dairy such as yogurt and cheeses to your little one’s food for texture and taste. Pasta, veggies, and fruits should all be soft cooked and possibly mashed with a fork or masher before being served.
