It's Prince George's sixth birthday today, rejoice!
Kensington Palace has marked the occasion by releasing pictures of the young royal, as is tradition.
The three photos, taken by Kate Middleton, show George in an England football shirt smiling and laughing in the Kensington Palace gardens, and one more which was taken on a family holiday.
The Palace's Instagram account shared the pictures this morning and was inundated by well-wishers passing on 'Happy Birthday' messages to the six-year-old.
One comment which caught our eye was from the Sussex Royal Instagram account, aka George's uncle and auntie Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
'Happy Birthday,' they wrote. 'Wishing you a very special day and lots of love!'
George, who is the eldest Cambridge child as the big brother to four-year-old Princess Charlotte and one-year-old Prince Louis, has also become an elder cousin since his last birthday after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed Archie Mountbatten-Windsor in May and Kate's sister Pippa Middleton had her baby boy in October.
It's been a busy few weeks for the royal family in terms of celebrations and events. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended Archie's christening in Windsor a couple of weeks ago, then Markle joined both the Middleton sisters at Wimbledon to watch the Ladies' Singles final.
Last week, Meghan and Harry had a date night to the European premiere of The Lion King where they met the stars of the film including Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner and Beyoncé and Jay-Z where they chatted all things parenting and babies.
