Ever since Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor welcomed their baby girl into the world back in May, Millie has been a true inspiration when it comes to showing the unfiltered realities of life post-pregnancy.

Millie recently opened up about getting used to her post-birth body and, previously, during her pregnancy she bravely spoke out about the effect her pregnant body had on her self-confidence.

And little Sienna Grace is no stranger to the camera, with Millie making sure to post the unfiltered realities of life with a newborn on her Instagram account, including of course her breastfeeding journey.

In her most recent Instagram post, Millie shared an intimate selfie during a breastfeeding session with Sienna, and we honestly love her for being so candid.

Millie captioned the photo, writing, "My favourite way to feed her #normalisebreastfeeding," and her post was met with tonnes of praise from other mothers, thanking her for helping to make breastfeeding less taboo.

One comment read, "Thank you for using your platform to help others understand and see that it鈥檚 normal and healthy," while another added, "Your new-mother content is real and much appreciated. You both look beautiful, thanks for sharing your honest post birth journey."

This isn't the first time Millie has opened up about breastfeeding, previously revealing that while Sienna is now a good eater, she had previously struggled.

"The first few days I had blistered, cracked nipples and the pain was so intense, I really didn鈥檛 know how I was going to carry on," she explained in an Instagram caption.

"I found myself totally overwhelmed with all the conflicting advice which only made my anxiety worse," she added.

We love Millie for being so candid about her experiences as a new mother, and hope she'll continue being an inspiration to others.
