Television actress, Mohena Kumari Singh, who got famous for her acting sting in Star Plus' show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is soon going to be a bride. She had made headlines with her engagement ceremony at the start of the year. Since then everyone is eyeing on her feed to get a glimpse of her gorgeous wedding outfit or some detail about it. While that hasn't been possible yet, we got hold of Mohena's bridal shoot that took our breath away. Before we take you further into the story, let us take a look back at her engagement ceremony which was held on February 10, 2019. Mohena, who hails from a royal family, had exchanged rings with the man of her dreams, Suyesh Rawat in Goa.
Recently, Mohena did a bridal shoot and shared the picture of the same on her Instagram handle. The actress donned a red anarkali ensemble with golden floral embroidery all over it. She accentuated the look with a red dupatta on her head. Her look was completed with a diamond necklace, matching jhumkis, a nath and a minimalistic diamond maang teeka. Take a look at it below:
Coming back to her wedding, in an interview, Mohena had shared the reason for keeping things private. She had said, "I am a very non-starry and grounded person. I don’t fly high, I am just like a girl-next-door. I don’t think too much about news relating to my personal life getting leaked and all. Having said that, of course, I wanted to keep things a little private as it’s going to be an arranged marriage for me. I did not really want to talk much about it. After her wedding announcement, everyone was curious to know whether she will continue her work. And Mohena revealed about the same in one of her interactions with The Times of India. She had stated, "Post marriage, I will say goodbye to acting and Mumbai. My life is all set to take a 180 degree turn. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Even my industry friends were taken aback with my decision, but that’s the kind of person I am. I follow my heart. I have taken several leaps of faith in my life and this is the biggest so far."
Talking about her wedding details, the actress had shared, "The sangeet is on October 13 and the wedding will take place on October 14 in Haridwar.
