Move over ladies! Karan Johar stole your thunder at the IIFA 2017 with his style statements – view pics

Karan Johar's fashion outing at IIFA 2017 is more impressive than you can imagine!

Stop gushing over Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif‘s red carpet outfits already because if you haven’t noticed, Karan Johar was one celeb at IIFA 2017 who consistently nailed the fashion scene. The filmmaker and host of the awards function totally impressed us with his style statements at IIFA 2017. Forget the main event but he even raced ahead in the fashion game for rehearsals. Now the filmmaker might be in the news for taking a dig at Kangana Ranaut at the IIFA 2017 main event but we can’t stop ourselves from writing about his impeccable style sense. In fact, he posted all his looks at the IIFA on his Instagram.

I think Karan is probably the only director to be known as a fashion icon, too. He is clearly, what’s that word, a flag bearer of men’s fashion. (See what we did there?) Prints, basics, a tuxedo, pop colour, you name it and KJo has donned it at IIFA this year. We’re quite surprised with his enthusiasm for style this year for the awards show. And he has not just posted his ‘Outfit Of The Day’ or in the Insta  language, #ootd, but he has also decoded the looks. Men, start taking notes. Hoodie with a graphic print

KJo is looking fabulous in this Angry Cat Gucci hoodie.

Monochromes with a checks and a twist

The filmmaker is nailing Monochromes in this checkered jacket with patches on it and has paired it with Gucci shoes.

The Casino look

We love the Alexander McQueen lapel pin and the Christain Louboutin shoes. Next stop Vegas?

All aboard?

The perfect travel and airport look! Karan is wearing DSquared2 jacket with Alexander McQueen shoes. What is attractive about this look are those Gucci glasses. Unique and classy!

Pulling off tuxedo with style

This is what the filmmaker wore for the hosting night and the main event. The Gucci bow-tie and the Yves Saint Laurent metallic golden shoes were absolutely perfect!

Now that’s something men in Bollywood can learn from KJo! Which one of these looks did you love the most? Tell us in the comments below and stay hooked with us for more.
