Aamir Khan Tied A Rakhi To Sister Nikhat This Raksha Bandhan!

The festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ celebrated every year, usually involves a sister tying a rakhi to her brother’s wrist and the latter promising to protect her against any and all danger.

However, actor-producer Aamir Khan, who claims to have learned about women empowerment after his television debut Satyamev Jayate, claims that he decided to tie a rakhi to his sister Nikhat following his experiences. Confirming the news, Khan was quoted saying that the biggest thing he learned while working on the chat show was community living and women empowerment and that this year on Raksha Bandhan day, he told his sister that he would also tie a rakhi to her as he believes that she also has the power to protect him.

Aamir Khan will be next seen playing the role of a cop in Reema Kagti’s psychological thriller  Talaash, which also stars Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji.
