Following the horrific Delhi gangrape case, where a 23-year-old medical student was brutally gangraped by a bunch of men in a Delhi bus, Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Vidyut Jamwal have been advising their female fans to opt for self-defence training.
Now, it seems that even actress Neetu Chandra, who is a black belt in taekwondo, has started advising women to learn how to defend themselves. Chandra, who will be representing India at an international martial arts championship this month, said that it is high time the government made self-defence training mandatory for girls in schools and colleges. She further added that such kind of training is the need of the hour.
Neetu was in the news recently when news about her impending marriage to Randeep Hooda went viral. The actress however clarified that their professional commitments delayed the marriage date and now they're considering if they should get married at all.
