Arjun Rampal: ?Sexual harassment is rampant but no one talks about it?

Arjun Rampal will be next seen playing a powerful CEO in Sudhir Mishra’s upcoming film  Inkaar, which deals with the issue of sexual harassment at workplace. The actor feels that sexual harassment is very common at work places today however, no one is willing to talk about it.

“Sexual harassment is rampant in office environments. Sudhir and I thought of making a film on sexual harassment as no one talks about it. When you are in school and college no one talks about it, when you are working no one talks about it. There is no sleaze in this film, had my daughters been 15-16 years of age then I would have shown them this movie, so that they become aware of all this. The dividing line between flirting and harassment should be made clear, so that everyone understands it but sadly it is not clear in our laws,” he said.

Inkaar will see Chitrangda Singh opposite Rampal and is set to hit the screens on January 18, 2013.
