New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): The star cast of 'Aashiqui 2', Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, attended a special show of their upcoming movie in Mumbai.
The movie is a sequel to the 1990 musical blockbuster 'Aashiqui'.
Speaking to the media, Kapur said that he felt relaxed after his family's positive response to the film.
"It feels very good. Earlier I was going mad but now I am relaxed. I am very happy. I was waiting to see what they (family) reacted like, my mom and dad also are quite happy with the film," Kapur said.
Vidya Balan was also present at the film's screening along with her husband Siddharth Roy Kapur.
The 'Dirty Picture' actress was all praises for the film and said that the film's love story is captivating.
"I would say that I watched a beautiful love story after a very, very long time. You can really feel the love between those two people and I can't think of the last time I felt that when I watched a film, really hats off to Mohit Suri," the beauty said.
Siddharth seemed to agree with his wife and lauded the film's director extracting wonderful performances from the actors.
"The way Suri has directed the film, the way he has shot them, the performances by both Aditya and Shraddha have blown away. Everyone here genuinely believes that they have seen something very special," the movie's producer said.
