What you'll need

Milk and Honey - It's that simple!


Combine 2 cups of milk with 1 cup of honey. Mix them well add it to your bathing mix, soak in for 20 mins and then rinse off. Apart from soothing the body, this recipe works wonders for dry skin.

1 cup pure dark chocolate
4 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons sour cream or heavy cream


Mix all the ingredients and apply on the body. Let it stay for some time and then rinse off.

Body wraps to detoxify and rejuvenate your body

Mix yoghurt and honey together, add some vanilla essence (or lavender or peppermint or whichever you prefer), olive oil and whisk it well. In the end, add some freshly ground coffee beans and mix all the ingredients together.

Another simple homemade body wrap recipe can be prepared by adding Epsom salts, rosemary and other herbs, essence (vanilla/ Chamomile/ lavender) to a pot of boiling water.

-To make a clay wrap you can add your choice of clay depending on your skin type to the body wrap mix- Bentonite for oily skin, Pink Kaolin for sensitive and dry skin and Yellow Kaolin for normal skin.

Apply the mixture and wrap your body with plastic sheets or towels wrung in the body wrapping mix. Remember, don't wrap it too tight or you'll choke, it should be just tight enough to allow the ingredients to stay put and not drip. Listen to some soft music as the ingredients work their magic. Unwrap after an hour and you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.
