We had reported a couple of days back that the Censor Board authorities in Pakistan were unhappy with the title of Akshay Kumar's next film Khiladi 786 as the title includes a number, which is held in high esteem by Muslims. At the time, there were also reports that the fate of the release of the film in Pakistan is dicey.
However, now it seems that the Censor Board has agreed to let the film release in Pakistan, with the condition that the film be released over there as Khiladi, which was incidentally the name of Akshay's first film in the Khiladi series. In the past, Pakistan Censor has issues with films Agent Vinod, Ek tha Tiger and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
Directed by Ashish R Mohan, Khiladi 786 also stars Asin, Mithun Chakraborty and Himesh Reshammiya.
