Music of 'Lootera' launched in Mumbai

New Delhi, June 8(ANI): The music of upcoming romantic drama 'Lootera' was launched in the entertainment capital Mumbai on Friday.

Lead actors Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh were present at the event along with music Director Amit Trivedi.

Speaking on the occasion, Sinha said that everybody in the film has worked really hard and they hope that the audience would appreciate it.

"I am planning to rob the box office with Lootera. Vikram has worked really hard for all of us by getting the team together and making the film," she said.

"We hope you all will love it. We have given it our best our labour of love and here's presenting it to you Lootera," Sinha added.

The event also had live musical performances by Trivedi, Swanand Kirkire, Amitabh Bhattacharya and Monali Thakur, who sang their own song from the film.

The flick, which is an old-fashioned period romance set in 1953 in rural Bengal and Dalhousie, will hit the theatres on 5th July. (ANI)
