Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh Chand Mathur, better known as just Neil Nitin Mukesh, turned 31 today
Neil, the grandson of legendary singer Mukesh, will celebrate his love for music on this special day. He has been approached by a global music streaming platform to be a guest for the day, media reports said.
"I usually spend the day at home with friends and family. This time, however, I am looking forward to revisiting my love for music," Neil told to a leading publication.
The actor has done brief roles as a child artist in films like VIJAY (1988) and JAISI KARNI WAISI BHARNII (1989).
He made his acting debut with Sriram Raghavan's critically acclaimed film JOHNNY GADDAAR in 2007, for which he received a Filmfare Best Male Debut Award nomination as well.
He had also earned critical acclaim for his performance in the film NEW YORK (2009) and JAIL (2009).
The former film earned him a Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award nomination.
Neil was noted for his performances in LAFANGEY PARINDEY (2010) and 7 KHOON MAAF (2011).
The actor presently doing three films, DAVID, TERA KYA HOGA JOHNY and 3G in line.
