Vidhu Vinod Chopra to make a film on Rahul Pandita's book

By Glamsham Editorial

Filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra launched author Rahul Pandita's latest book 'Our Moon has blood clots'. Also present at the event was Vir Chopra, brother of Vinod Chopra, who along with his brother shared some experiences that his family faced in Kashmir during the 90s.

At the launch itself, Vidhu Vinod Chopra showed interest in turning this book into a film. He said, "I want to tell Rahul that

books are read by many and films are watched by too many. So I would like to tell him to make this into a story and screenplay for a film and I would love to make it myself."

Author Rahul Pandita read a few pages from the book. He said, "This is not just my story. Since the book has come out I have met a lot of people who have come up to me to tell me that this is exactly their story. It feels great that they see the connect with the book."
