Vishwaroopam ban: Censor Board demands apology

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has now demanded an apology from Tamil Nadu's Advocate General in connection with his allegations against the certification of Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam. The CGFC, Mumbai has issued a statement demanding  Tamil Nadu Advocate General Navaneetha Krishnan and advocate Sankarasubu to issue an apology for the statements made by them. They have also clarified that the procedure of certification for any films, so far has done under the act and rules framed by the Parliament. The film is all set to hit screens on Feb 7, after the TN government revoked its ban on Sunday.
