It has been a week since Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot in a fairy tale wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, but the couple continues to make news. They've been sharing adorable photos and breathtaking videos from their marriage and fans can't help but be teary-eyed.
The celebrations are far from over. After hosting a reception in Delhi, Priyanka and Nick are expected to throw a bash for the Bollywood fraternity in Mumbai on December 20, if a report in a daily is to be believed. While the guest list has not been disclosed, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are names that are doing the rounds on social media. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is expected to be there as well.
Priyanka's B-Town friends including Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor and Nehu Dhupia have been flooding her with wishes.
Today, Nick's brother Joe Jonas, too, welcomed PeeCee to the family. Joe, who is in India for the wedding, took to Instagram to congratulate the newlyweds with a photo.
He wrote, "Super Married! I Love You Both. Welcome to the Family Pri! Congratulations! My face hurts from all the smiling this week <3"
On Thursday (December 6), Priyanka changed her name on her Instagram handle to Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Videos from Priyanka and Nick's wedding have been doing the rounds, and Nickiyanka fans are more than teary-eyed.
Speaking about the wedding, Nick revealed in a magazine, "The emotions were running high during the ceremonies, I think especially during the Western wedding for me," he said.
"You know you think your whole life about that moment. Honestly, I could not have imagined it would be as perfect as it was. It was highly emotional," he added.
Priyanka and Nick first met at Vanity Fair Oscars Party, but it was at Met Gala 2017 that the two made their public appearance together. However, it was this year that Nick and Priyanka officially started dating each other. They got engaged in a traditional roka ceremony on August 18.
