- Oats flour
- Rolled Oats
- Boiled potatoes
- Grated Carrot
- Black Pepper
- Mix oats flour, potatoes, carrot, salt and pepper in a dish to make tikki.
- Dip the tikki in milk and then in rolled oats, so they stick on the tikki properly.
- Shallow fry these tikkis in a pan, till they turn golden brown
Serve them with tomato sauce or coriander chutney, whatever your child likes.
